Clubhouses, Creativity and Culture
Clubhouse Space, Creativity and Culture... what's the link?
When it comes to heads-down work, remote working lies somewhere between tolerable to preferable for most of us.
However, when it comes to activities where human interaction is the focus, in-person encounters win every time.
So how are companies thinking about their workplaces in response to this?
Well, what we are seeing more and more of is a prioritisation of a style of workspace called Clubhouse Space.
Similar to your local social club, Clubhouse Space serves as an area for people to gather, share ideas, socialise, host events and build community.
Reframing the office from the place where "work gets done" to the place where "people and companies grow" has been something that has defined how we at Kinrise think about the workplace.
In light of this, we think Clubhouse Spaces can be a brilliant ingredient and operate like engine rooms as part of an office design to create a melting pot for creativity and company culture.
