The Albert Estate is a collection of properties set around Manchester’s Albert Square, considered by many to be both the geographical and social heart of the city.
In 2015 Kinrise acquired the site, and began work to restore these four iconic buildings with an emphasis both on design quality, flexible use of space and state of the art technology, with a goal of creating a beautiful environment and fun place to work for existing tenants, new businesses and the wider community.
Today, The Albert Estate is a vibrant community of businesses brought together by events and networking hosted by Kinrise.

The beautiful historic façades that make up The Albert Estate inspire awe with their scale and variety – from the red brick former mill at 1 Central St. to the Neo-Gothic 2 Mount Street built in 1872. The sense of the city’s history and the fine workmanship of its people shines through.
