What do you want from your workspace?

Is your company asking the wrong question of your next workspace?

When companies begin to explore choosing and designing their next workspace, so often they start with the question “What do we need in it?”

Number of desks, sizes of meeting room, quicker ways to make a coffee quickly fill the wish list.

However, what this leaves companies with is quite a rigid list of requirements based on assumptions of what is good for them as a business.

At Kinrise we think there is a better question…

Instead of “What do you need IN your workspace?” ask the question “What do you want FROM your workspace?”

Better productivity, more new customers, less waste and inefficiency, richer company culture, more engaged staff, higher levels of employee retention…

Now you have a brief that is laser focussed on delivering ROI for your business. And if your office isn’t generating ROI, should you really have one?
