We’re delighted to announce our recent acquisition of the historic 81 Colmore Row in the heart of Birmingham Business District.

The Grade II Listed building, built in 1871, was designed by Julius Alfred Chatwin who was born in Birmingham and one of the City’s most prolific architects.

81 Colmore Row’s original features and unique character are coupled with state of the art technology to ensure the building is set apart as one of Birmingham’s leading workplaces.

We are offering a range of fully-furnished and blank-canvas office spaces, welcoming SMEs taking one of the luxury heritage offices, through to global companies establishing their Birmingham headquarters in one of the larger enterprise floors. The building is already home to wealth management company RBC Brewin Dolphin and experiential tasting restaurant Six by Nico.
