New name, same vision
New name, same vision
THRIVE, THROUGH THE RENOVATION OF HISTORIC AND ICONIC BUILDINGS.
Why Kinrise? In short, it translates as community rising. Our business starts and ends with a focus on serving people. That’s serving our tenant businesses, local community partners, investment partners and our team.
Our vision is to contribute to the rise and inclusive growth of UK cities, creating spaces and ventures that engage with local communities and support diversified economic development.
In our quest to create transformational spaces, we reveal and restore buildings’ character and original design, investing in cutting edge sustainability technology and offering extraordinary flexibility to resident businesses.
The next chapter
In 2019 we’ll be extending our portfolio to further cities as part of our long-term investment programme. Keep up to date with our journey @kinrise.co on Instagram or www.kinrise.co
Our impact so far
- We are hosting 43 tenant businesses (from start-ups to multi-nationals)
- On lease commitments between 1 month and 25 years
- In 6 iconic buildings across key UK cities
Our journey started in March 2015 with the transformation of a collection of historic buildings around Albert Square in Manchester which now make up ‘The Albert Estate’
Next followed the renovation of one of Manchester’s most iconic buildings, Canada House, which is now home to 35 companies, a social-enterprise café, events space, co-working, gym and swimming pool.
Following an art residency programme and inspiring 6-month cultural programme, 34 Boar Lane, next to Leeds train station is now being refurbished and will provide 56,000 sq ft of design-led office space, restaurants and retail.
